Annual Dues*: (pull down menus)

Life Member $300.00 Senior Life Member (over 70) $230.00 Senior Sustaining Member* $370.00 Sustaining Member* $450.00 Member (Graduated 4yrs or less) $370.00

* Dues include Grand Chapter dues ($150) and North Central Province dues ($30)

If you have not paid dues in over 3 years pay $10, if under 3 years the fee is $5.

Reinstatement Fees:(pull down menus)

More than 3 years $10.00 Less than 3 years $5.00
